Ingredients
  1. 10 Fresh mushrooms
  2. Garlic
  3. 2 Tomatoes
  4. A small can of tomato paste
  5. A feta
  6. Basil
  7. 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Chop the garlic, and heat it with the olive oil in a stove (low heat)
  2. Chop the tomatoes (remove the skin if you're motivated, that'll be better!)
  3. Mix up the tomatoes, the basil, the tomato paste, 2 cups of water and salt in the stove
  4. Prepare the mushrooms
  5. Put them in the stove and set to high heat
  6. Add some feta cubes on top, and bon appétit!
Notes
  1. An awesome recipe hot or cold. Extra idea: add some vanilla in the composition to soften the acidity created by the tomatoes!

Pineapple carpaccio

  1. Vanilla pod
  2. Coarse salt
  3. A pineapple
  4. A pomegranate
  5. Fresh mint (facultative)
Instructions
  1. Mix up the salt and the vanilla seeds, and sprinkle it on a plate
  2. Add the pineapple, cut in thin slices
  3. Add the pomegranate seeds on top of it, with the chopped mint. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. Pineapples are really hard to cut, but once ready, it's a delight! The vanilla salt is a must with it. The pomegranate is facultative.

Mushroom sauce with vegetables

Ingredients
  1. Rice
  2. One boiled egg
  3. Romanesco cabbage
  4. Paris mushrooms (sliced)
  5. One small shallot
  6. 1 tbsp flour
  7. 1 tbsp cream
  8. Vegetable broth
  9. Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the romanesco cabbage: put in salted boiling water for ~12minutes
  2. Cook the rice: get a glass, fill it half with rice, half with water, a bit of salt. 10min microwave, your rice is ready!
  3. Cook the egg, 9 min in boiling water, then remove the shell.
  4. Meanwhile the egg/rice are cooking, prepare the sauce: in a stove, add a tbsp olive oil and the cut shallot.
  5. Then add one by one the mushrooms, the flour, the vegetable broth and the cream.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley on top. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. A tasty beaufitul recipe for a few efforts. Mushrooms are full of vitamine D, and the boiled egg will bring some good proteins.

Chicken bruschetta with curry sauce

Ingredients
  1. A greek Yoghurt (150g)
  2. Curry
  3. Ras el hanout
  4. 200g chicken breast (cooked)
  5. 2 Tomatoes
  6. 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  7. Ginger (facultative)
Instructions
  1. Mix the curry, the yoghurt, the ginger & the ras el hanout. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the chicken, and mix it with the curry sauce.
  3. Toast the slices of whole wheat bread.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then in slices, add salt.
  5. Dress like on the picture, and you're done! Bon appétit!

  1. Chicken & curry, a perfect mix! Easy, beautiful, good hot or cold... and DELICIOUS! Ready in 15 minutes or less, you'll love it.
