Cauliflower Pizza

For the dough
  1. 200g cauliflower
  2. 50g cottage cheese
  3. 1 tablespoon almond powder
  4. 1 egg
  5. salt, pepper
For the sauce
  1. Tomato Paste
  2. Water
  3. Oregano, basil, salt, pepper, one teaspoon olive oil
On the pizza
  1. Canned corn
  2. Half an onion
  3. Half a bell pepper
  4. An egg
  1. Cook the cauliflower for 15 minutes (in boiling water)
  2. Prepare the sauce, and chop everything you'll want to put on your pizza
  3. For my pizza, I chop half an onion, half a bell pepper, and add canned corn with an egg on top of it
  4. Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove as much water as possible from it and mix up all the ingredients for the dough with a fork
  5. Pre-cook the cauliflower dough alone in the oven, at 200°C, for about 20 minutes
  6. Then prepare your pizza as you would normally do, and put it back again in the oven for another good 10 minutes
