Halibut with celery carrots puree

For the puree
  1. 1/4 celery
  2. 3 carrots
  3. salt
  4. 2 tbsp milk
For the fish
  1. 200g Halibut
  2. 2tbsp olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Dill
Instructions
  1. Boil water in a casserole.
  2. Cut the carrots and celery, then put it in the boiling water for 30min.
  3. Put the Halibut in the oven for 25-30min with a tbsp olive oil.
  4. At the end of cook, mix the puree and add salt.
  5. Serve the puree with halibut. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. A healthy recipe with celery and halibut! Fast and easy to do, but takes half an hour to cook it. Very tasty, yet simple.
