Fried eggs & crunchy parmesan

  1. 2 tomatoes
  2. 1 Garlic clove
  3. A slice of whole weat bread
  4. ~30g Parmesan
  5. Olive oil
  6. 2 eggs
  1. Turn on the hoven at 200°C (thermostat 5) (grill mode)
  2. Cut a slice of whole weat bread
  3. Grate parmesan on top of it
  4. Put it in the hoven for ~10min (check often, it must not burn)
  5. Heat a stove (medium heat) with 2 tbsp olive oil in it
  6. Chop the garlic, and add it in the stove
  7. Once the stove is hot, add the eggs, salt & pepper
  8. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in slices, add salt, basilic & 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. Put everything in a plate, bon appétit!
  1. The perfect breaggfest! The bread is perfect for the digestion. The parmesan add a very good taste for only a few. It's excellent with the egg's yolk!
