Tomato Mushrooms

  1. 10 Fresh mushrooms
  2. Garlic
  3. 2 Tomatoes
  4. A small can of tomato paste
  5. A feta
  6. Basil
  7. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Chop the garlic, and heat it with the olive oil in a stove (low heat)
  2. Chop the tomatoes (remove the skin if you're motivated, that'll be better!)
  3. Mix up the tomatoes, the basil, the tomato paste, 2 cups of water and salt in the stove
  4. Prepare the mushrooms
  5. Put them in the stove and set to high heat
  6. Add some feta cubes on top, and bon appétit!
  1. An awesome recipe hot or cold. Extra idea: add some vanilla in the composition to soften the acidity created by the tomatoes!
