Chicken bruschetta with curry sauce

  1. A greek Yoghurt (150g)
  2. Curry
  3. Ras el hanout
  4. 200g chicken breast (cooked)
  5. 2 Tomatoes
  6. 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  7. Ginger (facultative)
  1. Mix the curry, the yoghurt, the ginger & the ras el hanout. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the chicken, and mix it with the curry sauce.
  3. Toast the slices of whole wheat bread.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then in slices, add salt.
  5. Dress like on the picture, and you're done! Bon appétit!
