Pineapple carpaccio

  1. Vanilla pod
  2. Coarse salt
  3. A pineapple
  4. A pomegranate
  5. Fresh mint (facultative)
  1. Mix up the salt and the vanilla seeds, and sprinkle it on a plate
  2. Add the pineapple, cut in thin slices
  3. Add the pomegranate seeds on top of it, with the chopped mint. Bon appétit!
  1. Pineapples are really hard to cut, but once ready, it's a delight! The vanilla salt is a must with it. The pomegranate is facultative.
