Cauliflower Pizza

For the dough
  1. 200g cauliflower
  2. 50g cottage cheese
  3. 1 tablespoon almond powder
  4. 1 egg
  5. salt, pepper
For the sauce
  1. Tomato Paste
  2. Water
  3. Oregano, basil, salt, pepper, one teaspoon olive oil
On the pizza
  1. Canned corn
  2. Half an onion
  3. Half a bell pepper
  4. An egg
Instructions
  1. Cook the cauliflower for 15 minutes (in boiling water)
  2. Prepare the sauce, and chop everything you'll want to put on your pizza
  3. For my pizza, I chop half an onion, half a bell pepper, and add canned corn with an egg on top of it
  4. Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove as much water as possible from it and mix up all the ingredients for the dough with a fork
  5. Pre-cook the cauliflower dough alone in the oven, at 200°C, for about 20 minutes
  6. Then prepare your pizza as you would normally do, and put it back again in the oven for another good 10 minutes

Halibut with celery carrots puree

For the puree
  1. 1/4 celery
  2. 3 carrots
  3. salt
  4. 2 tbsp milk
For the fish
  1. 200g Halibut
  2. 2tbsp olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Dill
Instructions
  1. Boil water in a casserole.
  2. Cut the carrots and celery, then put it in the boiling water for 30min.
  3. Put the Halibut in the oven for 25-30min with a tbsp olive oil.
  4. At the end of cook, mix the puree and add salt.
  5. Serve the puree with halibut. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. A healthy recipe with celery and halibut! Fast and easy to do, but takes half an hour to cook it. Very tasty, yet simple.

Beef meatzza

Ingredients
  1. 250g ground beef
  2. one egg
  3. paprika
  4. fresh basil
  5. oregano
  6. olive oil
  7. A small can of tomato paste
  8. 1 onion
  9. 1/2 mozzarella
  10. A tomato
  11. Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Mix the beef, the egg, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp basil and 2 tsp oregano
  2. Use this like a pizza dough, and pre-cook it at 160°C (th. 5) for ~5min, and remove the meat juice
  3. Meanwhile, cut the onion, and in a bowl, mix up some water with the tomato paste.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, 1 tsp oregano, pepper, and the onion
  5. Prepare the mozza and the tomato: cut them in slices
  6. Get the beef dough out of the oven, put the tomato mix on top of it, then the tomato slices and the mozzarella
  7. Cook it at 210°C (th. 7) for ~10min (check often!)
  8. Add some fresh basil on top of it. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. Got that one from the paleo diet. It's an excellent recipe, especially if you love meat! Taste a bit like a pizza, and a bit like bolognese.

Spicy butternut soup with shrimps

Ingredients
  1. A bunch of fresh parsley
  2. A butternut (~1kg)
  3. 5 Carrots
  4. Beef broth
  5. One onion
  6. 200g decorticated shrimps
  7. Fresh garlic
  8. Garlic powder
  9. Olive oil
  10. Piri piri (facultative)
Instructions
  1. In a casserole, heat some water with salt and a beef broth (medium heat)
  2. Cut the butternut, the onion, the garlic, the carrots
  3. Mix it in the water with the parsley for one hour
  4. Then just blend it! Your soup is ready.
  5. For the shrimps, just put some olive oil in a pan (high heat)
  6. Once hot, add the cold shrimps and turn them around in the pan for ~5min
  7. Add salt and garlic powder 2min before the end of the cook
  8. If you like spicy stuff, add piri piri and pepper to the soup!
  9. It’s a bit long to prepare, but once you have your soup ready it’s a really quick recipe to do! Just heat a bowl of soup, and all the remaining thing to do is to prepare the shrimps

  1. The butternut taste a bit like pumpkin. This soup is perfect for winter, and is EXCELLENT with a bit of spicy pili pili and some shrimps.

Fried eggs & crunchy parmesan

Ingredients
  1. 2 tomatoes
  2. 1 Garlic clove
  3. A slice of whole weat bread
  4. ~30g Parmesan
  5. Olive oil
  6. 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Turn on the hoven at 200°C (thermostat 5) (grill mode)
  2. Cut a slice of whole weat bread
  3. Grate parmesan on top of it
  4. Put it in the hoven for ~10min (check often, it must not burn)
  5. Heat a stove (medium heat) with 2 tbsp olive oil in it
  6. Chop the garlic, and add it in the stove
  7. Once the stove is hot, add the eggs, salt & pepper
  8. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in slices, add salt, basilic & 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. Put everything in a plate, bon appétit!
Notes
  1. The perfect breaggfest! The bread is perfect for the digestion. The parmesan add a very good taste for only a few. It's excellent with the egg's yolk!

Tomato Mushrooms

Ingredients
  1. 10 Fresh mushrooms
  2. Garlic
  3. 2 Tomatoes
  4. A small can of tomato paste
  5. A feta
  6. Basil
  7. 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Chop the garlic, and heat it with the olive oil in a stove (low heat)
  2. Chop the tomatoes (remove the skin if you're motivated, that'll be better!)
  3. Mix up the tomatoes, the basil, the tomato paste, 2 cups of water and salt in the stove
  4. Prepare the mushrooms
  5. Put them in the stove and set to high heat
  6. Add some feta cubes on top, and bon appétit!
Notes
  1. An awesome recipe hot or cold. Extra idea: add some vanilla in the composition to soften the acidity created by the tomatoes!

Pineapple carpaccio

  3. A pineapple
  4. A pomegranate
  5. Fresh mint (facultative)

  1. Mix up the salt and the vanilla seeds, and sprinkle it on a plate
  2. Add the pineapple, cut in thin slices
  3. Add the pomegranate seeds on top of it, with the chopped mint. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. Pineapples are really hard to cut, but once ready, it's a delight! The vanilla salt is a must with it. The pomegranate is facultative.

Mushroom sauce with vegetables

Ingredients
  1. Rice
  2. One boiled egg
  3. Romanesco cabbage
  4. Paris mushrooms (sliced)
  5. One small shallot
  6. 1 tbsp flour
  7. 1 tbsp cream
  8. Vegetable broth
  9. Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the romanesco cabbage: put in salted boiling water for ~12minutes
  2. Cook the rice: get a glass, fill it half with rice, half with water, a bit of salt. 10min microwave, your rice is ready!
  3. Cook the egg, 9 min in boiling water, then remove the shell.
  4. Meanwhile the egg/rice are cooking, prepare the sauce: in a stove, add a tbsp olive oil and the cut shallot.
  5. Then add one by one the mushrooms, the flour, the vegetable broth and the cream.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley on top. Bon appétit!
Notes
  1. A tasty beaufitul recipe for a few efforts. Mushrooms are full of vitamine D, and the boiled egg will bring some good proteins.

Chicken bruschetta with curry sauce

Ingredients
  1. A greek Yoghurt (150g)
  2. Curry
  3. Ras el hanout
  4. 200g chicken breast (cooked)
  5. 2 Tomatoes
  6. 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  7. Ginger (facultative)
Instructions
  1. Mix the curry, the yoghurt, the ginger & the ras el hanout. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the chicken, and mix it with the curry sauce.
  3. Toast the slices of whole wheat bread.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then in slices, add salt.
  5. Dress like on the picture, and you're done! Bon appétit!

  1. Chicken & curry, a perfect mix! Easy, beautiful, good hot or cold... and DELICIOUS! Ready in 15 minutes or less, you'll love it.
